What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 tailored resume + 1 cover letter for one job application, and it comes with 5 fit checks.
What do I get on the free plan?
One fit check, and one tailored resume and cover letter for a job of your choice, which you can edit and download as a PDF. You can also build and keep your Career Profile. Free PDFs carry a small watermark; any paid plan or credit pack removes it and adds the Word file.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each month. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire and stay in your account until used.
What happens when my credits run out?
You won't be able to generate new resumes or cover letters, but all your existing cards, PDFs, and Word docs remain fully accessible. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" in your dashboard. Your credits and work stay accessible, and you can still buy Pay As You Go credits. Annual plans can be refunded within 30 days of paying, minus A$3 for each credit you have used.
Are Job Harbour resumes ATS-compatible?
Yes. Every resume generated by Job Harbour is structured and formatted to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The layout is a clean single column with standard headings, the format applicant tracking systems read most reliably.
Do I need a subscription to use Job Harbour?
No. You can use our Pay As You Go option to buy individual credits for $3 each, or in bundles. They never expire and don't require a monthly commitment.
What is the fit check?
Before you use a credit, Job Harbour tells you how well your resume matches the job, requirement by requirement (from strong match to long shot, counting skills from other jobs), what your resume does not show yet, and your next step. It never uses a credit. Every credit comes with 5 fit checks: Starter includes 25 a month, Pro 75 a month, and each Pay As You Go credit 5 that never expire. Plan fit checks reset with your monthly credits. Free accounts get one check. Checking the same resume and job again shows your earlier result for free.
Is the Career Profile included?
Yes, on every plan, free included. It keeps your master resume in sections, builds it from your resume in one tap, and new applications use it. Free accounts download it as a PDF; paid plans and credit packs also get the Word file.
Can I send a job from SEEK or LinkedIn straight to Job Harbour?
Yes. Add the free "Send to Job Harbour" button to your browser bookmarks once. Then, on any job ad, tap it and Job Harbour opens with the ad already filled in. It works on SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed and most company careers pages, on computer, iPhone and Android.
