Partner rules
Short and plain. Breaking them can end your partnership and cancel unpaid commission.
What you earn
- 30% of what your referral pays for an annual Starter or Pro plan, for their first year.
- No commission on monthly plans or Pay As You Go credits.
- A sale counts when it is made through your link, or with your code, within 30 days of their first visit.
- Commission is approved 30 days after the sale, because annual plans can be refunded within 30 days. If the customer is refunded, that commission is cancelled.
- Approved commission is paid by PayPal at the start of each month once your balance reaches A$50. Below that, it carries over.
- We pay the PayPal fee, so you get your full commission.
How to share
- Say it's an affiliate link every time, for example "#ad" or "affiliate link", where people see it before they click.
- Only say what Job Harbour really does. Never promise jobs, interviews or results.
- Your own words and screenshots are welcome. Don't present yourself as Job Harbour staff.
- Send us the link to every post about Job Harbour within 7 days, from "Your posts" on your dashboard.
Not allowed
- Buying through your own link or code, or for people in your household.
- Paid search ads on the name Job Harbour.
- Spam, fake reviews, or posting your code on coupon sites.
Tax
- You are responsible for tax on what you earn. Partners outside Australia handle tax in their own country.
- Partners in Australia give their ABN, or sign the tax office's "Statement by a supplier", in My account. Without one, we hold your payments until you give it.
